LUMC Photomicrograph Competition 2022

To celebrate the combination of scientific and artistic quality of light microscopy, the LUMC Light Microscopy Facility organised a photomicrograph competition.

The submission were evaluated by an independent jury (many thanks to: Hans Tanke, Kèvin Knoops and Julia de Boer-Theirlynck) based on visual impact, originality, scientific relevance and technical quality.

We would like to congratulate this years winners: #1 Veronika Ramovs & Karine Raymond, #2 Yvonne van der Meer and #3 Sietse Luk.

The entire top 5 will be on display in the Light Microscopy Facility Gallery (corridors on S-01 in building 2)
