New slidescanner microscope

With the help of the department of Anatomy and Embryology, the light microscopy facility has recently acquired a new Zeiss Axio Scan.Z1 slidescanner microscope.

The new slidescanner has a capacity of 100 slides and can scan both brightfield and fluorescence slides. For fluorescence, the system is equipped with 7 different channels (DAPI/CFP/GFP/Cy3/mCherry/Cy5/Cy7).
