Pluripotent stem cells are superb for studying early development and for modeling of genetic disorders. In addition, they hold great promise for cell therapy purposes. We utilize our differentiation, genome editing and (induced) pluripotent stem cell knowledge to study the therapeutic potential of iPSCs and to model monogenic and complex genetic disorders.
